vB styles updates

vBulletin 3.6.6 was released few days ago. There is a huge number of changes, so styles took longer to update than I thought it would.

Following styles have been updated for 3.6.6:
- CA Evo
- CA Serenity

CA Morpheus will take longer to update because it has different template files than other styles.

Update:

- CA Morpheus has been updated for vBulletin 3.6.6
- CA Simplicity won't be updated at all, futhermore it was removed from downloads. That style was my first test style, it didn't get enough users, so no point in continuing supporting it.

All styles updated for 3.6.6 are compatible with 3.6.7, as there are no template changes from 3.6.6 to 3.6.7. All zip files are updated to show correct version number.
