In this document we will explain how you can integrate the "Flurl" feature for media on your site. By integrating this feature on your site, any user who has an account at Flurl.com will be able to vote for media items on your site ("flurl it"). By doing this, your visitors will be able to notify Flurl.com of new media items on your site and influence the rank of these items on the Flurl.com homepage. Higher number of flurls of your media will result in more traffic back from Flurl.com to your media item.

The url to the thumbnail location of the media item on your site. If a thumbnail is available, make sure to Url-encode it.

Note: unregistered flurl visitors will be prompted to register (for free) on Flurl prior to adding their flurl-vote to your media item

Once the media item with information is submitted to Flurl, the next visitor that clicks your local "Flurl it" link will not have to go through the submission form but instead will directly get their flurl-vote counted.
